The Purpose

To provide needed marketing support to select consumer and personal care industries.

The Problem

The U.S. economy has slowed down due to high unemployment, a pull back in bank credit lending, a decrease in consumer credit spending, and general uncertainty about the future.

Who We Serve and Why...

Independent auto repair shops:

·         Americans need their cars to work, play and get from point A to point B.

·         People must use auto repair mechanics whether the economy is up or down.

·         Focusing on helping a select number of auto repair shops gives our members a strong competitive advantage.

·         Most auto repair shops do not have a dedicated marketing representative due to the expense and the possibility of rep not delivering enough customers to justify the salary, benefits expenses.

·         Shops have great potential to grow if consumers trust the business and shops and provide top-notch service with fair pricing and occasional incentives.

Hair salons:

·         There are too many salons for each one to have a growing customer base without using focused marketing programs.

·         The majority of salons use independent contractors (renting workstations), which leads to high turnover and poor business branding.

·         Most salons do not have dedicated marketing representatives due to the expense and the possibility representatives not delivering enough customers to justify salary, benefits expenses.

·         Salons have the potential to grow if consumers can enjoy the experience and salons have a marketing program to reach out to many customers on a consistent basis.

Dentists:

·         There are too many dentists for each one to have a growing customer base without using targeted marketing programs.

·         Reimbursements from insurance programs are decreasing which directly impacts dental revenues.

·         Consumers experience sticker shock when dental insurance only covers a portion of the dental treatment.

·         When experiencing pain, 100% of consumers want to use dental services.  Dentists, in contrast, want to see consumers to before major dental treatment is required due to neglect and deferred treatment.

·         Dentists need to offer cash programs or payment plans to uninsured consumers who need dental services.

·         Dentists have great potential to grow if consumers trust the business and shops and provide top-notch service with fair pricing and occasional incentives.

·         Slow-pay insurance carriers and no-pay consumer account receivables create obstacles to maximizing profit.

·         Most dentists rely on insurance carrier marketing to employers to drive business to practices.

CPA's & Accountants:

·         Accountants and CPAs are invaluable as these professionals maintain companies’ financial fitness.

·         As the economy shrinks, so does the available clients that need accounting and bookkeeping services.

·         Virtual accountants and popular accounting software provide cost savings to business owners.

·         Accountants have great potential to work with small businesses that need disciplined financial management and personal wealth planning.

·         Most small accounting firms do not have marketing departments to find new clients.

Plumbers, Heating & Air Specialists:

·         Plumbers will always have work to do.  It’s inevitable that plumbing problems will happen. It's inevitable that plumbing systems will fail.

·         Most plumbing companies do not have marketing departments and rely heavily on phone directories for business.

Home Care Providers:

·         The market to provide home care, both medical and non-medical, is growing as the senior population continues to grow.

·         Real estate investors are building assisted living and residential retirement centers all across the country.

·         Home care providers should collaborate with agencies that sort out people who can and cannot afford long-term care insurance.  The growing number of people who cannot afford long-term care insurance need access to private, affordable home care services.
